15 days of PTO (which is not in par with industry standards. They only offered 10 and had to fight for 15)
Outdated claims system
Manager who was hired had zero experience with claims and had only done insurance defense work prior to coming into their role at GB. Had no idea where the stressors and triggers were to help the team and prioritized the wrong things.
