Pros

Working at HealthTrackRx has been both rewarding and inspiring. The company is truly centered around its mission of “getting people healthier faster,” and you feel that purpose every day in the work you do. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and committed to growth — not just of the business, but of employees as well. HealthTrackRx invests in its people, provides opportunities to learn, and encourages innovation. The pace can be fast, but it’s motivating to know the work directly impacts patients and providers nationwide. The culture is collaborative and supportive, with strong teamwork across departments. The company has grown quickly, especially with the expansion into new facilities, and that momentum brings exciting opportunities to be part of something big. If you want to work in healthcare and know your efforts make a real difference, HealthTrackRx is a great place to be.

Cons

The workload can be demanding, and the pace is fast — but the impact of the work and the sense of purpose make it fulfilling and rewarding.

Pros

Good people and a pretty energetic culture. Everyone knows the company is growing and there’s a lot of momentum around it. I’ve learned a lot about working here

Cons

Processes sometimes change as the company grows. Honestly can be frustrating but also kind of expected with how fast things are moving.

Pros

I was hired to do a job and I was met with a lot of company gossip and drama! The drama is too much and it affects workflow. I hope things are better for the people still there.

Cons

Drama, mandatory overtime, attitudes, prideful people

Pros

None. Terrible. Awful. Screw with peoples lives.

Cons

All the leadership people are former Millenium employees. The regional directors aren’t even that good of sales people and they all are obsessed with each other. They are the corniest people in the world. At the national sales meeting, they made us chant “We are HealthTrack” 500 times. They constantly change commission structure, they restructure territories, and the turnover is horrific. If you get to a certain sample count, they take away part of your territory because they don’t want to pay you. Bunch of sneaky liars.

Pros

Product has been the best in the industry. (Not anymore) - Quick turn around time - One collection kit (Soon to be more)

Cons

Over time, the company has moved away from a lot of the things that originally made HealthTrackRx a great place to work. Several decisions have felt like steps backward rather than forward. There have been multiple rounds of panel cuts, including removing panels clinics actually liked and used, which has made it harder to keep business and win competitive accounts. Compensation changes happen frequently, often every six months and sometimes mid-year, which creates a lot of uncertainty. The earning potential that once existed for top reps is no longer realistic. Quotas continue to increase while pay per sample has dropped significantly year over year, putting more pressure on reps while taking away upside. The culture has changed. I was here for 4+ years and experienced the rise when people were happy, supported, and making good money. That environment doesn't exist anymore. A lot of changes feel abrupt, and there's an expectation that "top performers will push through" regardless of how much the job has changed. UTI testing has been a challenge and is unreliable. I personally had clinics lose trust after seeing negative results with HealthTrackRx and positives with competitors, which led to lost accounts. I didn't see the same issue with other panels, but UTls are the most common infection and clinics straight up lost trust in our testing because of them. PCR as a whole is facing headwinds. Insurance companies are reimbursing less, and there's growing skepticism across the industry. Many of the ongoing comp plan changes feel like reactions to those pressures rather than long-term strategy. Managers are under a lot of stress. Many are stuck in the middle trying to keep reps motivated while also enforcing decisions that negatively impact their teams. Morale and retention have taken a hit as a result. The customer service team was laid off and much of that workload was pushed onto field teams. This has created backlogs and made service slower and less reliable than it used to be. A lot of accomplished, successful reps and regional leaders/managers have left or are actively looking as of March 2026. That alone says a lot. Lastly, looking at these reviews, there are fake reviews to boost numbers. We never had a rep in Alaska the 4+ years I was here, yet there is a review from one.

Narcissism and nepotism abound here.

Pros

Pros? Some people that work here are actual human beings who should leave this place and seek employment elsewhere where they'll be treated and paid accordingly.

Cons

Apparently "Sales runs the show here." I'm sorry, but all employees matter in all companies, whether you want to admit it or not. This company is an upside-down pyramid with multiple redundant positions/titles with many of those people getting jobs due to nepotism or "I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine." Doing business with other businesses simply because you're a partner in said business so you and your partner both make money. Upper management walks around the lab literally barking orders at other employees even when the CEO says in a town hall meeting addressing the entire company saying that this kind of behavior won't be tolerated. This is not a place where adults work and isn't a professional work environment in the slightest. These are overgrown children given titles by other overgrown children. Avoid this "company" at all costs. They will fire 30+ employees on the spot with no warning while giving themselves bonuses. The entire goal with this company is to sell ASAP, make their money, and then they'll all go to another company and do it all over again. Company emails spamming you to write positive reviews on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc. Avoid this place at all costs. Don't say you weren't warned.

Pros

Great leadership and a really strong sales culture. The product actually helps clinics and providers which makes the conversations feel meaningful, not just transactional. The Territory Director role gives you a lot of autonomy to build your territory and grow accounts. I learned a lot about the diagnostics space and worked with some really talented people. Also a great place if you’re competitive and want to grow fast.

Cons

The job can be demanding since you’re balancing clinic relationships, account growth, and travel. Not necessarily a negative if you enjoy sales, but it definitely requires energy and commitment.
