Company pivots are frequent. Depending on what department you’re in, this can be very difficult.

HealthTrack is a great company that provides numerous opportunities for those who want to grow. Leadership is very supportive and other reps will go above and beyond to help you win.

Cons

Lab is a fast changing industry. If you are someone who struggles to adapt, this job may be difficult.

Pros

Incredible learning opportunity for someone early in their career. You get thrown into the deep end quickly which forces you to develop real sales skills fast. Leadership is supportive and the product genuinely helps patients. Consistently making changes to fit the industry standards and to stay ahead of the game. Lots of autonomy and flexibility in how you manage your territory.

Cons

Growing company so there can be some instability and things change quickly. Commission structure and territories have gone through some changes. Not for someone who needs a lot of hand holding

None. Terrible. Awful. Screw with peoples lives.

Cons

All the leadership people are former Millenium employees. The regional directors aren’t even that good of sales people and they all are obsessed with each other. They are the corniest people in the world. At the national sales meeting, they made us chant “We are HealthTrack” 500 times. They constantly change commission structure, they restructure territories, and the turnover is horrific. If you get to a certain sample count, they take away part of your territory because they don’t want to pay you. Bunch of sneaky liars.

Pros

Great place to learn diagnostics and how the clinic sales world works. You’re out building real relationships with offices which I liked. Leadership gives you a lot of autonomy once you prove you can handle it.

Cons

Communication between departments can be a little messy sometimes but honestly that happens at most companies this size.

Pros

Company is growing fast which creates a lot of opportunity if you’re willing to work. Product is strong and clinics actually see the value once you explain it. Also a lot of autonomy once you’re up and running which I like. Also not really sure where the “frat bro culture” stuff comes from in some reviews on here. As a woman I honestly haven’t experienced that at all. The team I work with is competitive but normal sales competitive. People work hard, celebrate wins, help each other with accounts etc. Never felt like it was some frat house environment like a couple reviews claim. Most people here are just focused on growing their territory and doing their job. Leadership has been AMAZING and actually I think Sales Leadership has more women than men.

Cons

It’s a sales role so the pressure to perform is definitely real. If you’re someone who needs a lot of hand holding or a slower pace it won't be the best fit.

You do get paid money.

Cons

The building has random horrible smells that will not be fixed. Leadership does not work together so it is constant chaos and different answers to questions. They lie to you saying that over time you can get promoted to Tech-side and that is not possible. You will be overworked quickly due to their poor decision-making.

Pros

Great leadership and a really strong sales culture. The product actually helps clinics and providers which makes the conversations feel meaningful, not just transactional. The Territory Director role gives you a lot of autonomy to build your territory and grow accounts. I learned a lot about the diagnostics space and worked with some really talented people. Also a great place if you’re competitive and want to grow fast.

Cons

The job can be demanding since you’re balancing clinic relationships, account growth, and travel. Not necessarily a negative if you enjoy sales, but it definitely requires energy and commitment.
