Much much toxic company
Specially upper management team who is from last 8 years
1-2 of them may have technical knowledge but many are there which do not have any knowlege and not even product knowledge.
Every time they will notice with whom you are going here and there, with whom you are having coffee
Appraisals to favourite persons , Favouritism at high level in jeevansathi
They will force your to complete working hours and also even sit on weekends
They think we are robots.
They ask solutions from us and then show to above management that they have debugged the issue
One backend team is worst team where manager just fights with everyone in office irrespective of any point irrespective having issues in payments everytime
They are just here as they event don't want to upgrade them
Now they want product ideas from tech team only
I don't know what's going on here
I can give sureity that just take reviews from people who recently left from this company
Iteration rate is higher here due to politics and political managers
Higher management not doing anything irrespective of mails triggered to them
So will not recommend anyone to join jeevansathi as this is political business and if you want to join politics then you can join here
Request business head to evaluate some managers and high management as they are not doing anything
You can do work from home if there is urgency in business but you can't do that if you personal problem
