Pros

Nothing, Seriously nothing...to be honest there is nothing

Cons

1. Very bad culture..Company owner can scold you in front of anyone.. he(Mota) is very rude person 2. Only focus on client. They do not focus on employee 3. You are forced to work at night also 4. No software developer life cycle, no agile process 5. No new technology 6. There is no work life balanced. 7. There is no POSH policy in the company, Every company should follow it as per govt rule 8. They are not following Vishakha guidelines, Every company should follow it. 9. Taking the advantages of fresher and local people of Indore 10. Saturday is also working 11. Management is very bad And the list goes on.... When I plan to resign on that day I was working at 3 AM at night. This company should shut down. This company is more dangerous than corona virus.

Pros

There are few so called "Pillars" in the company which are highly talented. Company Directors are available to help any time.

Cons

There is no role of HR in the company. HR team is just puppet of Pillars and Director. Longest working hours. HR don't know anything other than hiring freshers. No value if you experienced. No matter how much you have experience, they can treat you like most foolish and only they are only smartest. No one care about you experience even is you leave the company. There is no guarantee that you will receive good feedback even after leaving company with good relations. If you are lucky, your call may be received by the HR. HR policies are the worst. Notice period may updated to 3 months from 2 months with just one mail. False commitments from the HR. No company ethics. "Freshers are donkeys and let them work with extreme load" this is the thinking of all Pillars and Directors. If you are working in night, you are best performer. Single odd question to HR will be answered like "We need to discuss with management" No training, No HR Activities. They consider Glassdoor review as employee's opinion, and never take seriously.

Money is the only benefit. Later on, it will turn out to be the biggest con.

Cons

NO employee benefits (They are a profit-centric company) Company can survive without the HR department. Worst parking facility. Delayed appraisals. NO achievements/awards culture. 3 months notice period (You are expected to work like 3 years in this period) Your designation is a question. You will get an answer at the time of leaving the organization. You are an Engineer? (NO), You are a worker aka labour? (Yes). Expectations: develop things as if you are working on the production environment, which should be precise, accurate, and optimized. Quantity is more prior then Quality. Forcefully called employees to come to the office during the COVID-19 pandemic.
