I really enjoyed working in Life Time kids until there were management changes made and the new management did not have the same regard or care for the employees as they previously did.

Pto, and retirement benefits could be better

-High turnover in leadership -Cult-like atmosphere at any company event -Huge disconnect between area directors and team leaders in the club -Team leaders are berated on a monthly basis for not reaching goal metrics -Front desk employees are forced to sign members up for sessions they don't want to do -Spa and clinic team members are forced to work from home despite being full-time employees -Confusing commission-based pay structure that nobody can really explain -Thinly-veiled discrimination against black and brown people, whether members or employees -Members of the C-suite have openly stated that the company is "recession-proof" because they only cater to affluent people -The CEO is a renowned misogynist who has relations with his employees -Eagan hired a pedophile who impregnated a young team member -Long history of trainers hooking up with each other and their clients, management will look the other way if they're profitable

Work scheduling, unclear expectations, quickly changing

Everything. The company tries to get away with not giving numerous employee their benefits like vacation days until you’re overworked and want to take a day off and realize you can’t. Severely underpaid and they act like they have no hours to give out despite having only like 3 ppl on staff
