As a Level 1, expectations on the AI team are different. It’s extremely fast paced and you must be able to learn on the fly and not ask a ton of questions. Figure it out yourself.
Some well managed programs and some really bad ones.
Cons
Because of the nature of the work that is mostly in closed areas, they definitely take advantage of that when dealing with employees they wish would leave. Some very unethical practice.
