Pros
On face value they seem to be really nice people with a great client list. Working remotely is also a big benefit.
Cons
I was performing well but was let go with just one months notice due to client loses. I understand all agencies have client losses and commercial situations change regularly but having my role terminated with just one months notice out of the blue was a real low point of my career. I wasn’t given the opportunity to say goodbye to my colleagues. Luxid focus on driving a good culture but don’t reward loyalty with security.
