      Great benefits and supportive, inclusive environment but limited growth opportunities

      Pros

      - Highly subsidised health insurance - Numerous structured and comprehensive skilling modules and pathways - Frequent incentive opportunities -Highly diversified employee pool -Management consistently changing the way we work based on employee feedback. -Inclusivity and communities for everyone regardless of age, race, sexuality or disability. Neurodiversity is acknowledged and recognised

      Cons

      -Limited opportunity to grow or expand beyond your hired role. - Environment can sometimes feel more “KPI” than people driven. -Repetition in position with little opportunity to seek expansion due to WFM scheduling. -Have to report everything you do if you’re not “ready”, including emails, follow ups, reading documents and callbacks

      Hybrid work is good but culture has declined.

      Pros

      - The hybrid mode was good; no one was forced to come into the office. - The staff subsidised health insurance premium, I guess.

      Cons

      - The culture of "putting people first" became watered down in recent years. It became a political hub of who laughed at the leader's joke the loudest or who was chummy with leadership. - Hard work was no longer recognised and appreciated, but visibility in the "clique" got rewarded.
