Where do I start. Between supervisors and management they prefer gossiping about their staff rather than supporting. We have lost far too many people and some really good secretary's due to this. There's alot of bullying in the office and the only way it's shut down is by the poor people in that position feeling they have to leave to escape it. Work load is a mess. The call centre have no real understanding of how to take a call to support the secretary's so it's just pass through without seeing if it's a job that can be done without the need of the secretary. Pay is awful. Only people who have a great time with money is supervisors and management. There's no such thing as a team it's them and us and the odd secretary who happens to be their best friends. Currently looking for a new job but can say not the best place to work. Half the team get to work from home whilst the other half are told its not something they do.

- Constant negativity and gossiping from management - No support or communication - No positive reinforcement, manager just messages the team chat whenever someone makes a mistake - No team atmosphere, left to work on your own in silence 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. - Low salary and no way to progress - Constant turnover - Tedious and frustrating work, with no redeeming qualities
