Pros
Nvidia is working on incredibly interesting and exciting work and is definitely an exciting place to work if you want to do impactful things. On top of that they have a culture that I simply wouldn't have believed a big company could if I had not experienced it. Management is willing to chat and hear you out and you can easily talk to "senior management" to resolve blockers/conflicts if needed, there is no stigma for going "over someones head"
Cons
A bit of growing pains as the vision from management can be disconnected from the experience of the employees.
