    Dedication of Transactional Finance team, passion to do the right thing

    Cons

    Nightmare systems. Processes poor and resistance to making incremental improvements, frustration at lack of timely decisions. Poor HR support in some areas

    Better engagement with employees - it’s not all about the big announcement events. It’s important to make incremental steps that align with the road map

    Boring work (lifeguarding) but this was nothing to do with Nuffield, more the act of lifeguarding itself
