Pros
This used to be an amazing company to work for with a great culture and motivated employees but not anymore
Cons
This is a company that purports to be a global company and able to provide services to client's on a global basis but cant even get its own house in order. It thinks it is OK to ride roughshod over the labour laws of every other country and treat its employees outside of the US as if they are subject to US labour laws such as removing benefits that are clearly listed as contractual without any consultation with employees. I get that some of the benefits were offered were way above the competition but that's what made the culture of the company so unique and that's why we attracted talent with a "wow" value proposition. And to remove things like unlimited leave without consultation and without enabling employees to re-plan their lives as a result of the changes is completely dismissive of all that Ben and team have built up and essentially just destroyed the whole ethos of what Velocity Global is/was all about.
