The company provides with the best opportunities to grow, best in class salary and incentive structure.

Cons

The company runs on pleasing the director within India. The skill lever is kept aside if you are not a favourite. If you like to work in a company where everyone gossips around and your company’s director is one of them then you’ll have a long career here.

Money can be good but not worth it! You can make more money elsewhere.

Cons

Sexist, homophobic, and racist. Working at this company genuinely felt like being in a messed up parallel universe where making sexist and racist remarks on a daily basis is completely normal. This company has no regard for its employees safety or wellbeing. They will protect individuals who exhibit extremely harmful and inappropriate behaviour as long as they make the company money. If you are an intelligent human being with any morals at all please avoid. They pay to delete all negative reviews hence the 4.8 rating but it’s all false …most people I know who still work here are miserable and undervalued. Recruitment has a bad reputation and unfortunately this company fits the stereotype extremely well.
