      Culture and incentives - there's no place quite like it in Recruitment. A supportive and collaborative culture that comes with incredible incentives that sees people living the high-life in places like Monaco and Miami beach!

      PRG is a great place to work, providing people with amazing career opportunities and training that is lacking elsewhere in the industry. The business is committed to treating everyone fairly and rewarding success, again with industry-leading incentives and commission schemes. There are also great opportunities for roles outside of recruitment consultants in a wide range of back-office functions - and not just in the UK!

      Great people, incentives, rewards and career progression opportunities. The growth I've seen over the past few years I've worked here has been very impressive and so pleased to be on this journey with PRG.

      The company provides with the best opportunities to grow, best in class salary and incentive structure.

      Cons

      The company runs on pleasing the director within India. The skill lever is kept aside if you are not a favourite. If you like to work in a company where everyone gossips around and your company’s director is one of them then you’ll have a long career here.

      As we have grown there are people I miss spending time with. Less of a negative more of natural evolution of a growing and changing business.
