PRG is such an incredible place to work - great people and great energy in the office. The team is really tight knit and supportive, love the collaborative energy. Lots of incentives like club lunches, trips, and team activities. Management is really committed to helping each person achieve their goals and hit their next promotion.

- Hours can be fairly long depending on your role, but you get out what you put in so the effort always feels worthwhile

Cons
The company runs on pleasing the director within India. The skill lever is kept aside if you are not a favourite. If you like to work in a company where everyone gossips around and your company’s director is one of them then you’ll have a long career here.
