Pros

Culture and incentives - there's no place quite like it in Recruitment. A supportive and collaborative culture that comes with incredible incentives that sees people living the high-life in places like Monaco and Miami beach!

Cons

Nothing. They are fantastic at taking employee feedback and implementing it.

Pros

I'm an experienced recruiter having spent many years working in the recruitment industry. What can be a very challenging role at times is made so much better by PRG and the culture that supports it. We have a high-performance basis from the top down, which really helps when things haven't quite gone your way. We celebrate success massively, which is important when it can be challenging to do deals. We've navigated the choppy waters in recruitment recently (as was felt by most of the industry), changing focus slightly, but making sure that we performed well. The company really does put its people first and I am proud to say that I work at PRG.

Cons

Would have to think hard to find some tbh

Pros

It’s fun at first because they’ll pay for drinks and incentives. But it’s not free.. you have an extremely low salary as a result. If you’re a white guy, you’ll be treated better

Cons

They TELL EVERYONE regularly to give 5 star ratings on Glassdoor, this is the only reason it has 5* High turnover, no security in job, people come and go weekly Culture of alcoholism and drugs As with most recruitment consultancies, you are expected to work overtime everyday with no overtime pay. Low basic salary plus commission. Commission can be good, but vast majority of people don’t make much

Pros

PRG is a great place to work, providing people with amazing career opportunities and training that is lacking elsewhere in the industry. The business is committed to treating everyone fairly and rewarding success, again with industry-leading incentives and commission schemes. There are also great opportunities for roles outside of recruitment consultants in a wide range of back-office functions - and not just in the UK!

Cons

No cons other than if the recruitment industry isn't for you.

Pros

Working at PRG has been really rewarding and been supportive and welcoming from day one. PRG has a strong commitment to employee growth, offering lots of professional development that has really helped me to progress. The best part of my journey at PRG has been how much I've been able to grow and the freedom I've had to try out new ideas. Starting as a Marketing Manager and advancing to Marketing Director within 4 and a half years, the journey has been both challenging and fulfilling. The chance to experiment, take on new challenges, and lead a growing team of 10 has been the most important part of my personal and professional growth. PRG's environment has helped me to lead with confidence and creativity. While the job comes with its high-pressure moments due to deadlines and client demands, the company's culture of teamwork and support makes these challenges manageable.

Cons

While PRG is a great place to work, like any company, we do hit some pretty busy periods. The workload can ramp up quickly, but it's all about team effort to get through.
