The progression opportunities across PRG are like no other. With opportunities to grow your career within a 360, delivery, or Client Engagement capacity - or within in Ops in non-billing roles, the pathway to progression is well set out and targets are set in stone. The commission structure is the best I've seen, with zero thresholds and is uncapped. The environment and culture are the absolute best. The incentives are out of this world and our first-class training is the jewel in the PRG crown.

I made the hard decision of coming here after working years progressing my career in a different industry and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. The training is the best I have ever come across in any business and they spent a lot of time and effort helping you prepare for numerous different situations. I cant say I've come across any, that I haven't been trained to deal with. PRG offer so many fantastic opportunities along with a great commission structure

PRG has been such a great company to work for, from being sold the benefits in my interview to actually receiving them! It's rare that the people in a company can be so supportive and nice even when you are not in their team and they have no need to help. This has been one of my favourite things about the company - the people and the support you are given from Consultant to Director level. Of course, all of the incentives, and team socials like SPA days, theme parks, fine dining, holidays, and charity fundraisers definitely help to keep you motivated too! The company really take the employee's feedback on board to make changes moving forward. This is something really important to me, as the company is actively trying to improve and better itself, for example adding neurodiversity into all training! Overall, a great company to work for :)
