Pros

PTO - start with 40 hours Recently they relaxed on dress code which is nice I guess. They moved into the 21st century Paid holidays That’s about it.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant here and you have to be super careful who you say anything to because they will rattle on you. Managers will be hired right off the streets that know literally nothing about the systems. Managers don’t work within the different departments and will literally mass move everything around and not solve issues. Systems are so outdated it’s ridiculous. They don’t fire incompetent people that make more mistakes than anything else. And account executives are a joke. This company makes so many promises to employees and clients that they cannot keep. Also, the pay sucks. Don’t work here if you don’t have to. They sucker you in with shiny things but after awhile the facade breaks down and you can see the rusted and rotting underbelly.

Pros

The PTO and Flex Time Scheduling

Cons

I have 20+ years of working experience and Quadax is the worst Employer I have ever worked for. The same rules do not apply to all employees, special perks and compensation are given to family members of staff. Family members set their own schedules and often do not show up to work or go missing during the day with out punishment. Management lacks knowledge of things that occur in the office because their offices are on the 2nd floor on their own wing. Upper management staff eat in their own area and hardly ever mingle with staff. HR claims that they have an open door policy but yet they do not do anything to resolve employee issues or concerns. Staff members talks about race and other items that are inappropriate. Promotions are not based on the achievements of the employee especially if there are family members that need employment. The Healthcare Benefits are expensive. The buildings lack proper security, ID badges are not required and anyone can walk in behind someone using their key fob. Management lacks compassion and understanding of personal family issues and discourage the use of PTO. Opportunities to advance beyond a PM or an Account Executive are limited. The business units operate in Silos, leading to duplication of efforts by employees. Management takes credit for employee ideas.

Pros

There are no pros here. I'm not sure how many ways I can say no pros to reach the minimum amount of words

Cons

Incompetence runs wild within management. The only thing that is worse than their incompetence is the nepotism. Only way to get a head is be a relative or a friend in need. HR never followed up with what they said they would do. When asked point blank if they did anything, she would confuse you with someone else and start rattling off the other person's SSN asking if it was yours, then once you convinced her that wasn't in fact you, she would claim you never talked to her before. For a while, it would be a daily occurrence to be asked if you had any prescription meds you wanted to sell so they could turn around and sell them to other co-workers. I lost count how many times the one member of management would show up drunk or high. For the record, not the same person asking to buy meds. Oh...and can't forget the false promises.
