Responsive Education Solutions reviews about "leadership"

RES is a big company with multiple brands under the name. There can sometimes seem to be a prioritization of certain brands over others and there is a clear disparity in this regard. With that being said, it seemed like a fight to get anything done from executive leadership where the brand I worked for was concerned. In my opinion, it is a company that started with a great mission, but has lost its way through the years.

Then ask you as the teacher why targets aren't being met and classroom management is not up to their standards. *Leadership doesn't give you the time of day unless you are in trouble, and usually you are in trouble for doing something wrong that they never trained you to do.

The few problems with the flow and conduct of the school came from inexperienced leadership.

Low pay, nothing else that I can add.

Overworked and underpaid. Management often puts unqualified people in high ranking positions because of their personal relationship to each other. Leadership has no faith or trust in their employees and micromanage every single thing. Company as a whole is no progressive and provides no opportunities for career advancement.
