Good people, projects that give you challenges, the skills you obtain, meeting different kinds of people, salary, location, leaves, 13th month, no uniform, back pay.
Cons
Slow in career advancement you will only get the opportunity to be promoted once the position is open, no work from home sched, small compensation for medical allowance which we receive annually, some employees take the credit for your work, too much workload and some doesn't follow timelines, no flexi time, no work life balance, conducting meetings everyday.
