ST in overall have very good welfare and benefits system. Proper onboarding process during probation and have buddy system. Dental optical and medical claim is minimally $1.1k for singles and increases for married employees. There is WFH 2 days for each week. Have shuttle bus to 2 MRT station to and fro everyday. Canteen food is good and well subsidized too. There is seriously nothing to complain about.
Cons
Current organisation is messy and top management need to walk the talk rather than focusing on “team spirit”. In actual fact, team spirit within the organisation is not really there. Be ready to work after 6pm as the workload can be heavy, at your own obligation.
