Pros
Flexible around family commitments. Company PMI after 12 months of service is great. Some great people at lower levels that really want to make a difference.
Cons
Annual pay rises are set at basic inflation rates and not performance related, IT systems are outdated and flawed. Staff are not listened to when personal issues are raised, despite the charade of them acting like they care about the individual, when really we are all very replaceable. Morale is low. When issues are raised in staff surveys and meetings, some issues may be addressed but others, excuses are made month after month until they are forgotten about. There is no accountability, It's always someone else's problem.
