• some of the people are rad • lots of budget for cool projects, including investing in benefits

Cons

• they remove all negative glassdoor reviews somehow • they explicitly ignore blatant sexism, harrassment & bullying across the business • leaders show blatant favouritism • leaders will ignore all feedback and data, and will never change their minds (COO esp.) • they hide their product and business structure

Willful disregard of abusive + harassing behaviour enacted by members of the senior leadership team (reported by multiple individuals) Lack of support in regards to personal development Incredibly toxic "family" culture that verges on cult-like behaviour Disappointing lack of inclusion in the senior leadership team and little acknowledgement of this as an issue An attitude of "listening to our employees" is lip service to placate most vocal employees

We’ve never had a formal complaint of this nature in the history of the business and want to pick it up with you directly as soon as possible. Cons

This is not a PM role. You’re just a facilitator. The work here is super basic and driven by stakeholders. A PM has no say and is just told what to do. The sites we manage are pretty awful, nothing to be proud about.
