As part of our commitment to create a diverse and inclusive workplace, this week we hosted a panel discussion highlighting how we can break down barriers for underrepresented groups. Cass Martin, Exec Sponsor of the Ability Affinity Network, and Jane Towse-Laval, Exec Sponsor of the Multi-cultural Affinity Network, teamed up with Daniel Cadey, Senior Business Partner, Business Disability Forum and Dr. Caroline Gumble, CEO of the The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) to host the insightful discussion. The panel touched on the meaningful and sustainable actions our colleagues can make daily to remove barriers. Their discussions also emphasised the importance of being an active ally and an advocate for underrepresented individuals and groups. It was a pleasure to hear from our external speakers and our Exec Sponsors about how together we can make a positive change.
