We LOVE our Belfast office! 😍 But don't take it from just us- here are some pictures from our people showing what's great about our Belfast office 📸: 🌟 Overlooking the Belfast City Hall, our office is nestled in the heart of Belfast. You could easily nip out for a quick coffee break at Starbucks (2 minutes) or grab some lunch at Victoria Square (7 minutes). And you can't beat that skyline! 🌁 🌟 What about the office itself? Lots of light and space to get to get creative as well as to take a moment and recharge - including a quick game of pool if you fancy it 😉 🌟 Last but not least, our Belfast team are absolutely brilliant! They embody our company values to the fullest and we're lucky to have them. 💛

We raised almost £300 this Christmas Jumper Day for Save the Children! Yesterday, #TeamYell rallied together to raise funds for a great cause. Loads of colleagues pitched in, and our donations will go on to pay for life-saving treatments and medication for children in need. We are very proud of our community and would like to thank everyone who took part!
At Yell, we take great care in nurturing a culture where all of our people can evolve and transform. As a fast-changing digital business, we know that training and development plays a large part in our success. Over the last few months, our brilliant L&D team have been working on transforming our Learning and Development system and it has finally launched on the 15th of September! Another day, another collaborative meeting at Yell and we love to see it! Yesterday it was the Growth Enablement Management team's turn to deliver an extremely hands-on, interactive coaching session to the new Senior Account Management team! This included an exploration of The Challenger Sale model, the importance of using 'Road-Mapping' when strategizing growth plans with their clients and then an interactive account surgery on each of their accounts. The feedback received by both the SAM community and the handful of field sales managers who were in attendance was very positive and engaging! This week is Nutrition and Hydration Week and the Yell Employee Experience Team are highlighting this to everyone in the company! The purpose of this week is to bring our people together, to create a real focus on the value of food and drink in maintaining health and well being. Through continuous success our Telesales division is expanding. We are looking for home based Telesales Consultants to join us across the UK and Northern Ireland. We are also pleased to introduce a new career path programme that we are incredibly excited about. All Telesales Consultants will join us on a competitive salary of £22k but increase to £25k and further more with experience. OTE of £35k in their first year. Our Telesales Consultants receive full training from our dedicated internal trainers as well as the chance to gain Professional Digital Marketing Qualifications. It really is a great time to join us as we continue to grow as a business.
