In a new report out from Glassdoor, a jobs and recruitment website, we dig in to find out what high street restaurants score top marks from employees1. Why Gregg’s Tops The List Greggs, who receives a 3.8 company rating (company ratings are based on a 5-point scale: 1= very dissatisfied, 3=OK, 5= very satisfied), also gets high ratings when we dive deeper into Greggs’ company reviews. For example, we note that employees also give workplace factors like “compensation and benefits” and “culture and values” high satisfaction ratings – each category receiving a 3.9 rating2. Plus current CEO Roger Whiteside receives a 92 percent approval rating2.
