Joe Wiggins is Glassdoor's director of corporate communications (international) with a particular interest in company reputation, employee engagement and corporate culture. As Glassdoor's first international employee he has had plenty of experience building teams and establishing Glassdoor's own culture in Europe. He is primarily focussed on telling stories using Glassdoor's data and working with the Economic Research team to identify trends in "user generated content" such as reviews and salaries. Joe is a strong advocate of helping people find a job and company they love.
