Very Low Salaries, takes your current pay and multiplies it by 20%, even though you may have been working in a completely different industry. Working with world class engineering companies and then getting paid nickels is very unfortunate, only high level managers make a great deal of money.

Need more projects as many are on bench or doing repetitive tasks. Promotions and hikes are not transparent.
