Axa were quick to respond to my application with request for additional documents and then followed up with a video interview invite. Very professional handling of the application process, compared to many other companies. Video interview is generally a rather "sterile" way of interacting with the company. I have done them before. This one was better due to a good intro video from the HR Manager and the technology was good too, same with the questions asked. Following the video interview, we had a phone conversation where it became clear that salary on offer versus expectation were too far apart. So stopped process. Overall good impression - professional, don't waste time and communicate clearly.
