Interview
Phone call interview, was fairly easy. Just some general questions about myself and how I felt I would fit in the office. After that I got a call back the next week to come in and meet my potential boss for the summer. More or less just wanted to make sure I had the right personality

Are you motivated to put in the time to help me build my business?
This was a group interview. There were two other candidates in my group. Although it is a group setting, we were asked questions individually. We then responded on our own instead of discussing it as a group.
behavioral questions and technical questions about balance sheet and Income statement, cash flow statement, macroeconomic topics such as interest rate and inflation, several rounds of interview with the team/department/HR and took around 2 months of process in total
