I applied through an employee referral. The process took a day. There was a single F2F round with the concerned team lead with some questions regarding academic qualifications and reviewing the skills. There will not be any bond or agreement. They check if you have the ability to learn quickly or not. It would be an advantage if you can assure them you would stay with the company for about 2 years.
