Interview
There is a group discussion at the first round after I have submitted my CV. In the group discussion, every one was asked to make brief introduction and talked about their past ECA experience. Then, some group tasks are assigned to us and we are asked to do a presentation.
This was a group interview. There were two other candidates in my group. Although it is a group setting, we were asked questions individually. We then responded on our own instead of discussing it as a group.
really quick phonecall then hr videocall interview with other internship candidates a few days later, then asked us a bunch of questions and prepare a little speech in french and english
behavioral questions and technical questions about balance sheet and Income statement, cash flow statement, macroeconomic topics such as interest rate and inflation, several rounds of interview with the team/department/HR and took around 2 months of process in total
