Would be a zoom meeting where you speak about your experience and how it would relate to amazon with multiple teams of people back to back. They speak about their roles (mine happen to be Area Managers).

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.

Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.
Total 2 rounds of interview in one day. Mostly behavioral questions such as 'what are you gonna do if...' super simple questions. Honestly didn't even need to prepare and finished early.
