Very lengthy. A million different steps to even get to a real person. Exhausting and not sure it was worth it. They give you a 5 tab spreadsheet to fill out and it probably would take an average person 5 hours.

45 minutes Phone Interview with Team Leader, this person would have been my future manager I assume. This came after a successful online assessment task. All answers must follow the STAR format as highlighted in the recruitment process, which is quite difficult for me. This was a video interview online on Amazon Chime.

Extremely Tedious. First comes the interview with the hiring manager, then you have to take an appx 2.5 hour test. Then comes the loop with 4 interviewers and finally another interview with the hiring manager.

They asked the same questions over and over and expect different answers.
They asked how you responded to a difficult situation and what you did to resolve it.
