There was not an interview. Just pass the background and drug screening. The personality test is what gets you in the door. After you pass those three things, you will be prompted to go to orientation where they give you days and time of your shift and explain job duties

Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
