It was a long process. First stage:Online tests (numerical and verbal), Second stage: Video Interview(simple situational questions) third stage: On site interview (Math test and four 1:1 interviews). Study very well the company values. The go into detail.

70% multipack and 266 units per hour
Shipping: 570 units per hour
There are 102 people for these 4 departments
How would you allocate these people if we want to have 47880 units of multipacks ready in a 10h shift

Interviewers were friendly and try to ease you up before they give you questions. They had experience on the job so it was good to learn about what they do in their everyday work.

first online form, then HR email, then online webinar, finally 3 online interviews, in 2 hours, half an hour each. Check your internet, your headset, etc. The interviewers are different, 1 is your future superior, the other 2 are corporate. Over 1 and half month of my life wasted
