Interview
A Hiring Manager contact me by Linkedin and ask me for the interest for participate in the process, I accepted and she sent me an email with some questions:
How many people I've manged, What is my salary base currently, The availability for work 7 days, 24 hours.
Then a recruiting coordinator contact me for a scheduling the Phone Screen.
2 days later I had the Interview with a Senior Manager.

Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
