The process way elongated by the holidays and new year.
Step 1) Applied online.
Step 2) Online math tests.
Step 3) Video interview - record yourself into your camera, no-one is on the other end.
Step 4) In-person, on site interview - Manchester (travel expenses reimbursed).
Step 5) Offer / rejection phone call.

Question 1
Questions about my experience, in relation to the leadership principles. They we happy to receive answers about my work experience, university experience, or sports background.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
