Amazon hires at our Uni. There are total four interviews conducted on 2 days. Overall interview experience was ok. 1st interviewer did not introduce himself/herself and started the questions directly. Also, did not leave time for me to ask any questions. I found that a bit odd. The interview was pretty much a one-way process. I was talking and they were busy making notes. Anyway, it was a competency based interview as expected and questions were based on their leadership principles only.
