I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon in Mar 2017
Interview
Short screening interview with HR followed by phone technical phone interview. If successful with that, a second phone interview focusing on more AWS specific content. If successful with that, followed by a full day in person interview with multiple people focusing on Amazon leadership principles
2 persons showed up on the second interview, straight from the beginning it was obvious that they don’t want me for so reason, still they dragged for one hour. Then I realised that this is a presale team and they are trying to fish for information about my current company - I work for big 4 bank. Then even though I started to act obviously weird they still kept going. Hilarious. Interviewers great of your current NDA.

Interview
Pretty lengthy process, scheduled multiple calls and made it to one of the final rounds, ultimately turned it down because there were multiple opportunities where the interviewers showed up late and I don't want to work for someone who doesn't respect my time.
