I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
The first interview was an initial qualification and validation call with the recruitment department. Subsequent telephone interview with job peers (two separate calls, two different peers), followed by panel interviews in person (full day).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
AWS Leadership questions were primary focus of interview. Seems to be an overriding interest in ensuring cultural and personality fit within the organisation (rather than aptitude for the role in question).
The interview was standardised, where you had to go through their online assessment --> 3 rounds of interviews. I only passed through the first interview (with HR) so I cannot comment on the rest of the process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
First, there is an online application.
You submit your resume through the Amazon careers website.
Second, there may be a phone screening.
An HR recruiter will talk with you for about 30 minutes.
They will ask about your experience, sales results, and why you want to join Amazon.
Third, you may have one or two interviews with the hiring manager.
These interviews focus on your sales strategy, leadership skills, and business thinking.
Amazon cares a lot about its Leadership Principles, so you should prepare real examples.
Finally, there is a panel interview.

Davvero utile e formativo.
