Interview
There is roughly no interview. "Hello, when can you start? take your photo, take your drug test." You will generally wait a month to a month and a half post "interview" before you are given your schedule (during the beginning, your choice of preferred shift is generally not taken into consideration; expect to be working third shift 6pm -530 am; with no free weekends until at least 90 days of employment).

Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
