Interview
The hiring process was an online questionnaire followed by a call back group meeting where you took a drug test and watched operations videos for a few hours. After this, if the drug test came back negative, you were given a choice of dates for an 8 hour orientation. You would begin that week.
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
For this position, there was no interview required. The application process was very simple and only required to fill a series of questions relevant to the employer, was hired on the spot.
