Interview
Getting hired was easy, all you have to do is pass the assessment and drug/background check. I waited 2 months for a start date and it was cancelled without a reason. Happened 2x more then I was told I needed to come back in for another drug test. Found out I couldn't be hired at the 2nd drug test so they basically wasted my time for 3 months lol.
No interview. Fill out an application, and at the end, select your start date. Show up to orientation. Be willing to work the shift you selected because they will not let you pick a different shift once you have selected one. You might not get any other opportunities other than what is available.
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
