There is no Interview or questions. It's just The New Hire Event, you go through a presentation, they talk about the rates and benefits, go through a oral drug test, sign for any available shift they have depending on the days and they show you around. It's a easy 30-45 minute meeting.

I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
