only one phone screen which lasted 20 minutes and was only asked basic questions (name a time you....). also interviewed for 4 different positions at once, was hired but not for any of the positions that I applied for

Focused on the Star method. Easy if you know what you are getting into before you interview. Study and prepare to tell stories focused on how you serve customers directly and indirectly.
