Interview
They reach me because they refer my name. The first interview was great, the second with the manager was boring and seem like he was tired of hearing what was asked to me.
Never had a conversation with someone that can explain the role and after the second interview an e mail was sent thanking me about the process. Weird when they reach out to you or were referred.
3-4 months, 3-4 rounds. Once you make it to the loop you’re probably getting the job. Just make sure you know your star responses, look up your interviewers, and come prepared with questions to ask.

3 stage interview:
1. Phone screen with recruiter -general questions
2. Phone interview with Contract Manager-in depth interview regarding your experience
3. Super Day—five (5) 45-minute interviews with contract managers, Supervisors, Counsel, and Assistant General Counsel regarding your experience, hypothetical questions, STAR format and the integration of your answers to 12 principles of Amazon

Question 1
Relate a time when you disagreed with your supervisor? Why? Outcome? What would you have done differently?
The number of rounds looked depending on the job level you are applying. Starting with the hiring manager, you will have interviews with several people one by one, including with the one outside the team called "Bar Raiser". Each interviewer will be checking on whether you presented one or several Amazon leadership principles throughout your experience in the previous company.
