Phone screen with HR, followed by phone brief tech interview over the phone. Last phase was in person interview with several team members - often a group of 2-3. This part took 5 hours and was full of technical questions and problem solving tasks.

There are lots of steps... 1 interview to get to know you (1h), 1 interview to cast if you're ready for the role technically (1h) and then a final set of 5 interviews (1h each!!!) in which they deep dive in your technical on the field skills, you meet the manager and the N+2... These 5 interviews may happen in one day so brace yourself!!

Swift calls with department heads who were to the point and knowledgeable about the position and its requirements. Good flexibility with scheduling with multiple parties, and a dedicated hiring manager to help during each phase.
