I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Calgary, AB) in Sept 2019
Interview
I was scheduled by recruiting coordinator very well but the hurting manager missed the interview. So, I contacted the coordinator and he rescheduled it. Before the interview was scheduled I was asked about my salary expectations and availability to work in shifts
Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.
I had three back to back interviews with three different interviewers a day and one interview took up to 30-40 minutes. It was a university hire process and I got heard back within 5 days.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Reached out by recruiter via linkedin and conducting a virtual 3 hour interview session with 3 different HR leaders. Standard and generic questions regarding previous experience and questions were asked utilizing the STAR method.
